will be used to process your HMA. If you also indicate on our website that you would like to

will be added to the appropriate mailing lists.
You can indicate your desire when completing your HMA form or when you send us e-mail. If at

sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by Homes Phenix City's technical

Website information is used to confirm participation in Homes Phenix City Email Lists, and may
be used to advise participants of the numbers of visitors who come to Homes Phenix City's website
